Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Special Education, Speech Therapy, Early Childhood Education or its equivalent
• 1 - 2 years of working experience with children with speech, language or communication problem is a must
• Motivate and passionate to work with kids under 8 years of age
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Singaporean and Singapore PR only

• Assist Special Education Teachers to assess, plan and conduct therapy sessions for kids
• Aid in the support of centre services and provide home visits

• Following up and maintaining good relationship with children, parents and staff.
• Executing personality investigations and assessment centres by using psychometric tests, specific tools and assessments exercises.
• Providing feedback session.
• Assist in ad-hoc project or other duties when required.

Requirements:

• Master degree in Business Psychology, Occupational Psychology or its equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience.
• Good command of spoken and written of both English and Mandarin.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a feeling for the psyche of people and a commercial attitude.
• Willing to work overtime and under pressure.
• Flexible and willing to travel.
