  7. EDU 316 Elementary Education Methods: Social Studies

  8. EDU 320 Elementary Education Methods: Mathematics, Science and Technology

  9. EDU 267 Practicum in Teaching Language Arts at the Elementary School Level

  11. SED 476 Student Teaching & Seminar at the Childhood Level (1-6) Inclusive Education

Top-Up Bachelor (12 months) programme through articulation of Kits4Kids Training Centre Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Special Education or equivalent qualification

 

Programme Structure – Bachelor of Science (Top – up)

1.       Consists of 12 modules and 1 Capstone Project with 4 semesters.  Upon completion of the full 12 modules, candidate will be awarded a Bachelor of Science (Childhood/Special Education) by Daemen College accordingly.

2.       Students may be required to attend an extension of 2 more semesters for practicum. 

 

1.        12 months (1 year) undergraduate programme (36 credits)

2.        Jan/April/July/Oct intakes

3.        3 modules per semester / each semester consists of 12 weeks
